Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Appsy Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Appsy Solutions provides professional app and web development services including but not limited to:

• Mobile application development for iOS and Android
• Web application and website development
• Custom software solutions
• E-commerce development
• Ongoing maintenance and support services

3. Payment Terms

Our subscription-based pricing model includes:

• Mobile App Development: R4,000 setup + R1,200/month for 12 months
• Business Website: R1,000 setup + R700/month for 6 months
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Setup fees are due before project commencement
• Monthly payments are due in advance

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees, the client will own the developed application or website. During the development process and until full payment, all intellectual property rights remain with Appsy Solutions.

5. Support and Maintenance

Our subscription model includes unlimited maintenance, bug fixes, content updates, and technical support during the subscription period. After the subscription period ends, support can be arranged separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Appsy Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
